Privacy Policy

What we collect
Account data (name, email, phone, company), restaurant operating data (locations, monthly packaging usage, box sizes, current supplier, spend), advertiser campaign data (targeting, artwork, offers, budgets), production and shipping records, and in-app notifications. Payment card data is handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
Packaging QR scans
Scanning a QR code on sponsored packaging records the time, a coarse device class (mobile, tablet, desktop), coarse country/region, a one-way hash of the browser user agent, and the referring page. We do not record names, phone numbers, precise location, or any identifier that lets us recognise an individual across sites.
Why we use it
To match campaigns to restaurants without category or competitor conflicts, forecast inventory and trigger refills, release print orders to manufacturers, report campaign performance to advertisers, invoice and pay commissions, and prevent abuse of our public forms.
Who we share it with
Manufacturers receive only the print specification and artwork for their own released orders. Advertisers receive aggregate performance data and never receive restaurant contact details. Restaurants never receive advertiser contact details. Processors: our cloud database and hosting provider, our email provider, and our payment processor.
Retention
Account and transaction records are kept while the account is active and for seven years afterwards where tax or accounting law requires it. Scan and analytics rows are retained for 24 months. Rate-limit records are purged after 30 days.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated records. Email sales@pizza-ads.com from your account address and we respond within 30 days. Deletion removes profile, restaurant, campaign and notification data; anonymised aggregate figures and legally required financial records may remain.
Security
All access is authenticated and enforced at the database level with row-level security, so each account can only reach its own rows. Artwork uploads go to a private bucket reachable only through short-lived signed links. Every approval and status change is written to an immutable audit log.
Cookies
We set only the cookies and local storage required to keep you signed in and to remember your consent choice. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking scripts.
